Robert's set is exactly what I've been looking for. Unfortunately, I'm two years late and the link is no longer working.
Has anybody got these files still? The zip file was called ShepardToneDownSamples.zip
I would be extremely thankful if somebody could re-post them here or via PM.

- My setup consists of a Pentium M 1.6GHz laptop, 512MB RAM, Windows XP Home and an Edirol FA-101 firewire MIDI/audio interface.
- I use Live 5 Demo as a master to sync another laptop running Live 4.
- We've tried it with Live 4 as well, and everything was perfect, the sync was rock ...

I emailed Ableton. Should be alright now.

Any idea how long does it take for Ableton to ship my order after I've paid the request through PayPal? Should I expect an email confirmation afterwards? Or should I assume that as soon as they've received my payment, the box will be shipped with no more comment?

I noticed this with Live 5 demo as well!
Tempo was jumping 128-131 instead of 130... Hm...?

I like the new black Live program icon. Why can't it be reflected on the website as well...? Calling this gay is silly even if that's only my (and Ableton designer's) taste...

I am about to buy Live 4 with the educational discount. However I couldn't find some more info on flexibility of this licence:
Can I use it after I graduate? Can I create commercial tracks? Can I perform live and get paid for that?

Oh, right then.

I doubt we would get the printed manual. It says only download upgrade 4>5 is free. Boxed upgrade costs 149 EUR.

I suppose we won't be able to download stickers and other goodies for free then. :wink:
