I know I can change a MIDI note length in clip view by selecting a note dragging its edge. However this is a bit hit-and-miss on my 15" screen. Is there any way to enter a numeric value for the note length? I can't see anywhere in the MIDI note editor.

When all tracks are sent to the master I can solo a return and hear only the return signal (for example only the wet signal of a reverb). Hello there!

Im pretty new to Live (coming from cakewalk sonar platinum).
Lots of great stuff here but at the same time Im feeling there are quiet a few "standard" features that Sonar and other DAWs has thats missing in Live.
I dont use Session live performance features, only checking mixer faders ...

maybe its time to split Live to 2 versions:
Ableton Live = for performing live people
Ableton Studio = arrangement focused on steroids with all the juicy features that all other DAWs already has...

my ex cakewalk sonar platinum ( now called cakewalk by bandlab (now free) ) had it years ago, miss ARA with melodyne so much!
