Abuwabu - thank you for the fix my friend - greatly appreciated

hi mates,
got myself a push 2 -and wanted it for mainly sampling from vinyl and the web.
i recorded something from youtube which recorded fine, went to convert to simpler and all that comes up is multisample mode and no waveform, so i basically cannot chop and edit the sample.
i watched a few tuts ...
