Hiya,
I have a similar issue with some packs that I can see on my Live browser not showing as available to download on my Push 3 standalone. One example would be the Singularities pack. It’s just not showing up on available packs on Push. Anyone else has experienced this?

Hi Jur,
My Push Standalone's firmware is 1.0.71 - it's a brand new unit that arrived yesterday and it automatically updated the firmware to 1.0.71.
Is Ableton slowly rolling out the firmware update or have I missed something? (and what can I do about it?)

I didn’t have to push back (that pun again) and the push replacement arrived fairly quickly - 9 days after I first reported the issue (there were 3 days of back and forth with technical support and a couple with the warranty team).
The replacement unit works really well and the starting time is 41 ...

I have an update on this and I think you should know in case it happens to you too. Here in the UK you can drop off a parcel at a DHL Parcel service point. More often than not the service point is a mini-supermarket (off license). Now because the address on the label that the Ableton Warranty team ...

Same situation for me. I got a defective Push Standalone - initially starting time over 2 minutes and now won't go past Push Logo and won't work in controller mode either. I was sent a couple of stickers to print and told to find a DHL Parcel Service point. Problem is that I just tried to return it ...

I had the exact same issue with my new Push. Start up time on standalone consistently over 2 minutes. I contacted support and they were super helpful despite the fact that they are very busy these days. They determined it's a hardware problem and they forwarded my case to the warranty team ...
