On The MacOS version of Live, there is still no way to launch any contextual menu from the keyboard. On the Windows version of Live, launching contextual menu by hitting the Menu key is implemented since Live 11 . But there is no equivalent for the MacOs version.

It is. You just have to specify the new location of your content in the Preferences of Live.

The Ableton knowledge base states that Live 9 is compatible up to MacOS Catalina (10.15) which dates from 2019, before the Mac Silicon/M1 area.
