using a similar technique, im going to try and take every frequency under 100hz on a song, and route it as a mono..hoping I can figure it out before the end of today

Maybe you can find a wrapper by FXpansion, but really sounds likr you're going after the most headache-inducing ways of making music possible :)
whys that? my theory would be trying to introduce audio units & RTAS, which are solely restricted to a mac or pro tools system, would broaden creativity ...
the only reason i asked was because i had my old logic instaltion disks under my bed, and just wanted to load up some of the plug ins for that extra option...didnt intend to spark a logic vs ableton war..
on a different note...RTAS..there's no funky little programme to make them work outside of Pro ...
check out beyerdynamics dt770's. you can score them new on ebay or amazon for around 200. great headphones and the low end sounds nice. they are closed ear canz, you didn't say what you were really looking for.
