Ableton Forum

i currently have a usb midi controller which im not too happy with. i am experiencing some latency.
would a firewire midi controller solve this problem or are my Live settings all wrong?

my mac specs are as below...
could somebody with a similar setup thats running Live 6.0.7 post their:
audio>sample rate, latency and other settings that would deal with the optimum performance of running this software?
i cant seem to get mine right and find the software lagging.

i had the same prob and im pretty sure dll files are useless with mac os (thats if your running mac os otherwise im not too sure)
