I have this exact issue. And it's driving me crazy.

So i just got an mpk49. I have my midi sync set to external, yet when i turn on the arpeggiator (or the note repeat for the pads) it appears as those no signals are being sent anymore, as if Live really isn't syncing to the mpk, yet i turn it off and the notes play again. I can use the mpk49's ...

yep. I paid two days ago through paypal. Still havent received my serial number. Was told to "be patient, we haven't received your payment", funny....i've been waiting TWO WEEKS for an incredibly simple transaction.

I get the same thing when using Battery 3, and when using Proteus X it routes all incoming midi from my keyboard to channel 1 regardless, thus playing the wrong thing in the plugin....fun times =\

update: response has been really really slow from Ableton (Germany time difference to USA?) They send one, then i do, then i wait.......and finally another one to respond to....still just waiting to pay, unfortunetly. But yes, I would like to resolve this today so i can use it all weekend ...

just received a reply. yes the Nov. discount will be honored, until Dec. 7th if i remember correctly. I believe you have to send them your info directly, but otherwise you should get the 100 $ discount. Haven't tried yet myself, but i intend to. Cheers.

actually no. Cubase records midi channels, which means you can have one midi track with all your mutliple channels, therefore deleting the need to have each separate channel a separate tracke....

Noticed this problem in Live 6:

When running any multi channel plugin, all midi is routed to channel one, so if i'm playing on channel 5 or something from my midi keyboard it still comes across as channel 1 in Live and then that gets sent to the plugin...playing the wrong thing!

yes. The discount was to buy live 6 or an upgrade anytime during the month of November and recevie $100 discount (plus Live 7 for free). Ableton advertised "all this month" or similar wording, and the 29th and 30th are still included in "this month."

We're just irritated because we actually wanted ...
