The seperation of .asd files from the actual audio is a great idea. other sequencers do this very well. You can create clips of an audio file and drag/drop them all over the place without creating a second audio file.

yeah, anyone that doesn't want this hasn't used a real sequencer before. this is almost essential for big projects.

The midi editor really lacks when editing drum parts. It needs:

- a general midi drum map mode which shows the drum parts instead of notes

- a simple way of drawing in the velocity of only one part at a time

- groups, or whatever it is that makes most drum editors not play an open and closed ...
