hi wisemonkey,

it works on my pb (g3).

1. you MUST use oms!
2. make shure oms detects the mt4
3. save oms setup, eg as "my mt4"
4. reboot (always useful)
5. start live, mt4 should be in the prefs.

as i seem to be getting old and tend to forget things , why can't i have the key comands beeing displayed not only when in edit-mode, but all the time??? (if there are any)

In a freeze situation, there's no need for input as the reverb is "frozen", processing the same echoes.

how can u hear the reverb when it is shut down for cpu-reasons??? (regardless of the input, which is, as you say, not necessary for an frozen reverb...)

but, don't get me ...

hmmm,

adding xtra time before the fx is cutoff seems to be complicated: how can u predict the lenght of the fx? if an delay is in heavy feedback, for example??? or reverb with infinit reverb time (like a freeze...)

i don't think this could work...

but:
FREEING UP CPU-LOAD would be a GREAT thing ...

wouldn't it be a good idea to have some 'session notes', stored in/with the song, maybe just a little white nothing that could pop-up.

then people like me (who tend to forget the next chord/scene/whatever - as there are so many possibilities...) could write down some (maybe) usefull ...

What could be a BETTER idea would be to have a toggle switch for that Auxillery send.

Hi all Live-People!

As I use Live not only for drum-style-loops, but also for vocal/speach-samples, it would be great to be able to set the start-point of the loop outside (before) the loop, which would make it easy to insert a sample like "we all know live is great", have it played from top, and ...

hmmm, i just found out, that u have to set the desired tempo in live first, then switch to external clock. no other way seems to work, if ich change the external tempo, live does not respond to this... but it works if u use live via rewire (tested with logic), tempo changes as u change the logic ...
