How about in a close future, the producers sell the songs already LIVE compatible?
This would be a major save in studio timE! ;)

and...you can use both hardware and software within Live?

Live 4 is sounding very tempting, very tempting indeed.

Oh, and sorry for the newbie questions.

So if you aren't using Reason to generate your sounds, what are you using? Hardware, VSTs?

Ableton Live isn't used for the generation of sounds is it?

One thing I don't get though.....how could Live replace Reason? You see, I didn't think that Live was used for generating sounds, I thought it was more of an arrangement tool. I know Live also has some effects as well.
