I have krk rokit rp8's and I have been happy, considering the price they are really good. they sound like 500 dollar speakers instead of 250 (each).

All I want is there to be a background on the clips in the arrangement view then it would be perfect( you can still have the lines showing the grid but just in a different color maybe? )

Sometimes I like to play a bunch and then chop up what I played into a loop instead of fitting everything into a four bar loop.
I was wondering if there is an easier method to chop stuff in the arrangement view and have it be looped easier . here is the process in ableton I have been using :

And for those who say monomes are expensive... its only like 270 for a kit , build it yourself . Also the resale value is huge, A built monome goes for like 500 to 700 on ebay.
