Has anyone been able to successfully use a Focusrite Liquid Mix (PC Version) with Live?
When I insert it on a track I just get a distorted sound coming out. The Liquid mix works fine with Cubase but I can't get it to work with Live 7 or previous versions of Live.

Anything I could try?

Ah okay, I misunderstood. Come to think of it, I was having probs with sending midi to a hardware Novation Bass Station with Live 7.02, hanging notes like you said.

Anyone tried this beta with an Arturia Jupiter 8V? I have real problems with that synth and hanging notes in Live.

Hi, maybe you could try using a Gate on the group track so when nothing is playing the Gate will kick in.
I don't have the problem you mentioned but if I am routing tracks that use heavy compression to a group there can be a hiss when nothing is playing so I use the Gate device.

You could use one macro control to control several simplers in a drum rack.

Maybe you could double up some of the "start" controls and free up some macro controls?

I don't think you can create extra macro controls.

Hi, you can use file/manage files to show you unused samples/freeze files etc, its handy as it will show you if files are used by any other sets in the same project folder.

Hi, no, if you adjust the clip tempo then the start/end warp markers will start to move and your clip will start to drift out of time. If your clip sounds/feels in time already then leave it as it is.

If only some beats are out of time in the clip then you will need to add more warp markers near ...

Hi, if you hold down shift and select all your instruments/effects on the track, then right click and select 'group', they turn into a rack.

Ableton told me to set my midi ports to MME in the preferences, seems to have solved the problem.

All seems to be fine on startup, I play notes on my keyboard and I can hear the sounds triggered in Live.
