i'm on 8.1.3,its happened to me.

It crashes on initializing application.

Tried re-install, now it can' find company support Directory.

I'm touch with support, so will let you know how it goes.

ahh? so there's a problem with Live 8.1.x? had 8.1.1 and has been crashing all the time, especially ...

i've been told today that is an old crash log, i'm not getting any new ones.

I'm in talks with support with this issue, will let you know if resolved.

yesterday ableton became unstable, its started to freeze on initializing application, then i couldn't shut it down, so have to restart macbook pro.

Now the start up screen is black & white.

Maybe best to start again.

i need to a complete reinstall of ableton suite 8.1.3

Can anyone help guide me through it?

Maybe its the only to cure this problem with it freezing on start up.

It also can't find the company support directory now.

Around 10am yesterday i started ableton, it froze on initilaizing application, could not quit it, the only way to quit was shut down laptop.

Is there a bug?
