Thank you. I am currently working on a RMX contest for Peace Love Productions (PLP) for the artists "Cling". Very cool material to work with.
This contest is open for everyone; just go to PLP's page and look for "Contests". PLP has some of the best sample libraries out there.

Thanks, this track was 100% Ableton 7 with VSTs and post-production mastering with Nuendo. I wanted to create something different and dark with this genre.

The MME port type is located where? The only reference (I could find) to MME is in the audio selection page, not in the MIDI page, unless I am missing something. I switched the audio settings to MME but I had no sound (I am using an M-Audio 2496 card) and current audio settings are with ASIO ...

One more note:

The "dump" buttons do not illuminate, so they are non-functional. I will try a previous beta version of automap as suggested in this thread. After that it is A6.

OK, I have tried everything suggested and it still does not work. The auto map icon is on and functional, the midi in/out selected properly, Novation on B4 A7 initiated, the Novation will automap to Reason and other SW, just does not work with A7; the offline message. I updated the Novation and it ...

I have not tried that; not even heard of that option. Thanks; will try tonight.

After everyting suggested by several people the Novation will still not function properly with A7. I guess A6 is in order.

Thank you for this post. This is data I need to resolve this issue. The default settings did not work so manual settings/re-installation is the only choice. thanks again.

OK; I followed he instructions precisely and A7 still does not sync with the Novation. The only other thing I can do is to completely uninstall the SW for the Novation and Auto Map. The Novation received an update at one point so perhaps there is a glitch in the SW.
