Re: Any way to move all locators at once?
Wow! I've been struggling and moving locators one by one (and also all content) for YEARS now when I work on productions or remixes and wanted to delete the original files and arrangement in front of my own work. So silly I worked with Live since version 6 and never knew it was SO easy to get rid of...

Re: STILL NO COMPING?!
It is easier if you e.g. loop a section and can just record and record over and over again without stopping in between. Each break steals a bit of attention, or needs someone stop and rewind with a new track to fill another take on. So yes, comping would have been something making recording easier, ...

Re: Live 10 public beta
Oh well, understand your frustration. Still find it really funny. It shows Ableton folks are still humans and have a sense of humour. At the cost of a bit of annoyance for you.

Re: STILL NO COMPING?!
This was one of the most-wanted features of mine for Live 10. Too bad the recording part doesn't get as much attention from Ableton as it probably could. Let's hope for this to surface on a Live 10.1 update......

Re: Live 10 public beta
Today or yesterday already? Heard of others getting an almost instant login/serial number for Live 10, but not today so far.

Re: Live 10 public beta
Did you follow the link up here for signing up for the 10 Beta? I was on Beta 9 for ages as well, but you don't automatically get subscribed to the 10 Beta. Just hit the link and queue up like the others
!

Re: Live 10 public beta
A friend of mine just had a link to the 10 Beta program in his user account over on ableton.com yesterday, amongst others. None of that ever on my account, even though I own Suite 9 and preordered 10 already. However, thanks for the link up there, so I could at least queue up for the Beta, hehe :). ...

Re: Best way to create soundtrack for movie using Live 8?
This might be a bit late and not completely relevant as you wanted to achieve the exact opposite. I am currently making the soundtrack for a little informational film and I heavily need to adjust the tempo of the movie clip. Is there an easy way to do so? Warping the movie didn't seem to work, and I...

Re: music on iPad?
File management isn't something that's really handy on iPads. You can add files only for specific programs via iTunes. Your app support should have a fuck, I mean, FAQ or tutorial on how to set it up properly.

Re: Anyone here have a launchpad and an iPad?
One thing really handy on the Launchpad is that you can arm tracks exclusively, best if you intend to use Ableton as some kind of keyboard sound module on stage. For recording/arranging/inventing I had completely left the Launchpad aside since I received my iPad some days ago. Guess it's a matter of...

Re: fastest, quietest hard drives
Well, that sounds weird, and I am happy I didn't opt for a 1TB drive for my laptop yet. Any recommendations for good and maybe not too pricey SSDs of a reasonable size?

Re: Affirmation please
Geez, this is precisely what I wanted to hear! Good thing, good thing, so looking forward to! I already came around to realise Touchable is the way to go. I just feared it'd interfere with the LP since I had something like that with touchOSC for Android which might be due to it being a bit buggy. Ha...
