Should i back up all my warped wav files? because i don't want to warp them all again

And in the process i will be overwriting Live 4. Do I need to backup anything before i install Live 5?

What setting do I need Simple Delay on, for it to delay on ever bar until it fades out?

I have tried messing around with reverb, but reverb seems to alter the sound, while what I am looking for is something which will simply repeat a short loop a few times while fading out, but without degrading the sound itself

I have been using a few sample CD's from magazine covers in my production. Up to now all the samples i have used have already been warped when i drag them into Ableton.
I am considering buying the sample CD Twisted Textures by BT, and i was wondering if all the samples on this Cd will be warped ...

Is there anyway to turn the preview clip function off, or at least turn the volume down?
sometimes when i am dragging clips into the arrangement, they start previewing, and the preview is much louder than the master volume so nearly blows my speakers

I have the supatrigga on/off button assigned to one of the buttons on my Evolution uc-17 controller. However, nearly everytime i press the button to activate supatrigga, a loud pop/click noise occurs over the speakers.
Is there any way round this?
