I know developer hate this kind of question, but I was wondering if we could have an ETA for the next update of live? A couple of months, or much later in the new year? Or at least, is the next release going to be a minor or a major update?

I've been getting a crackling on the headphone outs. I've been trying to use 1+2 as the master out and 3+4 as the headphone outs. Are there any latency settings I should be aware of that could induce the crackling?

You're right, send tracks are not for insert effects: how ever, you can use a send track as a bus by setting the send to pre-fader, then lowering the volume of the track. It's not an ideal way of doing it, but it does work.

Hey All, I've been playing with the OS X live demo for a while and I can't figure out how to just play a straight sample without being forced to make live attempt to time stretch it to the 'correct' length.

i need one thats stable as a rock. ive been told g4 powerbooks are the way to go except ild really prefer a pc.

I have 3 loops of 1 bar, and another one of 4 bars. When I set up two scene in the live overview, and switch to another scene while playing the first one, it will switch on the next bar. How do I set up Live so that it let the longest loop [4 bars] play out *before* it switches ?
