Re: Freezing tracks with Kontakt does not reduce system usage
Hi, and thanks for the response. Yes I do mean RAM. I am flattening them and saving versions of the project that are not flattened so I can change them later. What I don't get is why Freezing them doesn't reduce RAM usage, but Flattening them does. Don't both processes effectively turn off the ...

Re: No sound from sampler(soundfont)
I had this problem today. I found that re-naming the folder the files where in seemed to fix it, there where dashes and underscore marks in the sample containing folder and removing them fixed the playback issue.

Re: How can I permanently map Macro Controls
i think you should be able to set up an instrument rack with your mapping in an otherwise blank session and then save that as your default template under preferences/file/save current set as default.

Re: Upgrade troubles, must i re-install everything?
Stuff in the library comes through just fine. It's the various presets I have made and or downloaded from various sites, presets for operator, additional drum and instrument racks, etc....

Re: recording macro automation into a clip?
the "automation" in clips is actually "modulation" and relative to the actually set value of the parameter. If the clip-envelope is a going up and down 100% and the macro-knob is set to 0 then there will be no effect at all. Turn the macro knob up to 100% and see how the same clip envelope is ...

Re: recording macro automation into a clip?

Warping Re-Imported Stems Ruins Playback Quality?
Hi, I recorded some vocals into a live clip, picked my favorite 8 bars sections and lined them up into a few clips decending on a track. All these clips are set to Warp but since I havn't changed the tempo they sound completely natural and unaffected.
