Did 8.0.4 fix this bug? I understand it to be that there is fade application on rendered wavs that did not have a fade enabled.

Yes I'm still seeing this as well - have since at least v6 (when I started using Live seriously).

Since it's not new - my guess is that it has more to do with the arrangement loop markers then the "auto-fade" preference or the new fade features of 8. Almost seems like a hiccup caused by looping ...

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has an opinion as to which of these you like better? I'm replacing a Peavey PC1600x (remember those) that has served me well for many years sitting on top of my original Nord Lead 1.

beatnik I don't think you're having the same issue.. we cannot even completely open the songs.

And tracks that do open (with lots of NI-plugs) are not having any delay issues for me.

Anybody else seeing this?

I am having the same problem with some songs that used to open fine. I'm using 7.0.7 and 10.5.5, and use many NI plug-ins.

When loading it, it shows "buffering samples..." and will get anywhere from 6%-99% done but never complete. The GUI is frozen on the old song but I can play the new song and ...
