UPDATE: Got ASIO4ALL running my sound card smoothly now with the Numark DJ IO, but the lowest buffer I can succeed with is 512 samples (giving a 12ms latency).

Whats settings are recommended in ASIO4ALL control panel to throttle this for even lower latency?

Why on earth can't these manufacturers bundle drivers that equal this free, open source asio4all stuff?

If it didn't say it was vista compatible... what the feck are you doing running vista?! install xp again if you want your audio to work :D

Yes, it is Vista compatible and has vista drivers, which of course I am using :)

Definatly use these drivers - PC only though

It universally controls all soundcards within your PC, you'll have the option to activate or deactivate any of the I/O's of your chosen soundcards

It's got 2 in, 4 out, (2x phono in, or 1 jack and 1 phantom powered mic inputs and 4 phono out) 2 headphone jacks, and is spot on for DJing, works great with live. It does have midi in/out as well.

Sounds good, I get low latency out of it, and it runs off USB.

It seems impossible to find any information on the internet about people using the Numark DJ IO USB audio interface with Ableton.

I have just got my hands on this unit and it works absolutely perfectly with Traktor 3, with a buffer giving a latency of 5.5ms... but here's the rest ...
