Had a microkontrol for about a year and a half....it's great. The flexibility is fantastic both in terms of midi mapping and potability. As for the bundled effects, I never use them, but as with most effects they are useable. Great for live performance or at home programming, and the infinite value ...

The buffer is set to it's default...I'll try increasing it. However I'm not running any tracks from reason...just running a synth direct through 1 Live track...with Live as the master. Even If I have only 1 or 2 tracks playing in Live while I'm running Reason the cracks always occur with high cpu ...

Live and Reason 3...cpu overload!!!
Hey...I'm running Live 4 on an ibook G4 1.2ghz 768ram rewired with reason. When I'm running reason modules with live (synths, combinator, etc...) I always get sound cracks and pops. When I close Reason the problem stops and the cpu drops...but with reason running the cpu jumps anywhere from 64-80 ...

Microkontrol, Reason 3 and Live...bit of a question
Hey....when I'm running Reason 3 rewired to Live my microkontrol remains dedicated to Reason and will not automatically switch to live when I click back on the live screen. Am I missing something here? This renders midi mapping in Live with the kontrol useless when reason is running....a big boo! So ...

How can I sync Live to the Kaoss pad?
I've seen the other tips for using the kaoss pad with live, but I'm short 1 kaoss pad2 manual and I need to know how I can sync the bpm from Live to the kaoss pad via midi. (with special attention paid to what I need to do with the kaoss pad) Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!!

Behringer FCB1010...good for Live?
Hi. Been wanting to add a midi foot controller to my Live set up, and I've read that the Behringer FCB1010 is good for the job. However, I've also heard that it can be troublesome getting it to work smoothly with Live in regards to MIDI messages being sent. Is it easy to set up with Live? I'm ...

Routing inputs from a firewire interface to specific tracks
Hi. I recently purchased the Edirol FA-101 firewire audio device and was wondering if it's possible to route each channel via firewire in to a specific track in Live. For example if I have my guitar running in to input 1, can I directly input to track 1 only, with let's say the keyboard running ...

Actually I sent Christian a zipped set with a couple of samples to hopefully illustrate the point. I set the looped warp setting in the preferences and now the samples maintain their warped and looped state, but still when I adjust the tempo during a set any samples introduced to the mix will not ...
