anybody having problems when triggering mp3's?

All works except, when importing mp3's. it's does analysis. And when read to play.
They just won't play. I can click whatever i want. It just doesn't trigger them.
No problems with Wavs or aiffs.

Anyone has the same problem?

OSX tiger . Ableton ...

dude, try live 4.1.2 on the same setup.
I think it's not smart to use live 5 for a live gig.
It's version 5.01.
That's asking for problems if you ask me

i have the same problems. But not on Live 4.

All 3 packages are well installed on OSX. But no presets!


Anybody has a solution for this problem ??

If you play you're project from internal drive. Still the same??. Try it with JUST the motu.
If it works fine. Buy an pcmcia FW card. Some firewire interface will eat up all your FW bandwith.

On a clean custom tiger install, with latest Live version. I have NO glitches with WAV files. I run it non stop for about 1,5 hour. I'm still in test mode.

check out these first.

-processor highest.
-No sleeping options
-Disabled sudden motion sensor. (this is a good one)

Now i still need a fast converter that does all samples at once.
And what if it's true. Is it an apple , windows or ableton problem??.

I have the same problems with my new powerbook.
I heard someone say it has to do with WAV files on a MAC.
Converting to Aiff would solve the problem.
Anyone heard something about this?

You better first try the behringer. Because the quality of the knobs are crap..

Feels like they break every time you turn one.

This ain't bullshit. The machine is great , cheap, looks cool.
But the rotary knobs are just crap..

is it set to high performance?

-Midi pattern reverse.

-Midi pattern randomizer in clip ( random midi device is great but you don't see any changed patterns)

-16 sounds impulse

-1/32 note drawing into a 1/16 pattern

-Autosearch offline clips

-Numeric track selection
