How is your audio interface connected to the pc?

Erm im currently in the process of re formatting my PC. Do you think there is any chance there could be conflicts with the onboard soundcard? Im going to keep my pc offline my version of windows has service pack two, so im sure it will be fine and see how it goes from there!

Tried asio4all no good. Do you think that using XP offline would be ok or is it essential to get the windows updates?

Its Live 8. Im nit suing any other asio stuff just my firebox.

I just cant get my firebox to work properly since I have upgraded my computer. The windows sounds work fine but when I come to load live up it takes forever and it will not do anything once loaded up! The bar which tells you the CPU load is also blank once.
