Could somebody give me an example of how to make a line based envelope.

basically I only need a decay parameter going from 1 to 0, but ensure not getting a click when working with audio material I need a short attack.

I need the simplest way to achive this, there may be other ways as well ...

note, the out of sync only occurs when out of edit mode with delay compensation on... so it might not be anything to do with metro after all it might be a bug ?

edit: it is a bug, if I add another track and put any live device on that track it jumps in sync, very weird.

ok, hmm, I have narrowed down the problem, only occurs when cpu is under stress, so it might be a bug. if I load up my machine in an empty liveset it seeams fine, but when I add more stuff to stress the cpu it gets out of sync. If I turn delay compensation off in live it syncs fine... but then ...

Everything quantizes fine to my metro (metro 16n @quantize 16n @active 1) when I'm inside editing an device but when I go out of edit mode it seems like something goes slightly off the beats? have anyone got the same problem?

I use a midi cable, one slave, one master and finetune the latency on the soundcards

Just dive in, make something simple to start with. My first patch was a bpm to ms calculator. I started out making really basic stuff, learn the basic objects. Get ideas of something simple you can make. I am still a newcomer (two month) to max and max for live and I have already build patches that ...

I need to reset a phasor~ object to the beginning of its phase, does anyone know what can do this?
