How far off sync are the MIDI hardware devices?

Are you finding the sync problem is with sequencers starting or with notes being a little delayed with the delay varying depending on the synth?

The title says it all.

I can't seem to get the vocals to snap properly to my project tempo of 128 BPM. The original song hovers around 138 BPM. I am using Live version 8. I know how to warp marker properly, but this tune is being tricky for some reason.
