no, it would be cool though, you could automate the tempo for individual tracks and record their output and arrange that, a lot of work, but it may be worth it?

when you send midi to your microkorg, audio is going to come out of it, just like when you play it's keyboard. sound doesn't travel through midi (maybe you knew, maybe you didn't?). you probably want that going to your computer, which you can do with two 1/4" male to male TRS cables for the left and ...

When you say your battery paid for it, how long does a charge last? You make it sound terrible in your post. 75% of what it used to be? 50% of what it used to be?

Also, I'm assuming the long-term battery lifetime isn't affected significantly...

ya, i did a hd upgrade and my battery has really paid for it. laptop users, take note of this! live definitely runs faster though, not everything, of course, but hd related stuff.

maybe a silly reminder, but make sure you know where the audio is going from the microkorg.
