i noticed you can not drag from a session that has not been saved yet - so you might wanna save the session - collect all and save.. then right click on the file - select show in browser and the you can drag it from there.. couple more steps.. but that solved it for me!

honestly ableton has never made me angry.. ever... this program has never let me down, even under insane situations..

but the fact that they dont offer at least the option of warping the 'old way' as well as the new way has got to go down as the first time this program has actually made me angry ...
