I have a 20GB HD (18.6 usable space) the program is on with over half of it's space free . The files HD is a 40GB (38.6 usable space) with almost all of it's space free .
I had a friend from work who does the maintenance on the companies computer system check out both HD's and no errors or ...

I recreated the same thing I was trying to do in Live 4 and it works fine.
Seams to be a Live 5 glitch like maybe I have a setting wrong or something.
