The original presets can always be restored if you use the build-in Repair Library function (Also you can always download the products that you own from the main site), So I guess that you are talking about saving/backup your own presets, This depend on how you mange your Library & Projects you have ...

1. In all the 3 presets (18,19,20) the rotary encoders are UP SIDE DOWN (or TOP SIDE BOTTOM depend only on you)
i.e rotary encoder 1 on the keyboard is position Bottom Most Left while on Live it move Macro Controller 1 which is Top Most Left which ...
