Hi all,
Just pulled my Radikal SAC 2K out from storage and would like to get it working with my current setup (G5 & Live 6 & Tiger). It seems my firmware is out of date (3.2) and while there are some old downloads on the Radikal site there is very little (read: almost none) instructions or guidance ...

just started with it but first happy moments:

1. multi track export! perfect as i go to mix a track in another studio out of town next week... just saved me hours of boring tedious bouncing!

2. device groups... haven't even scratched the surface and already got lots of tasty stacking synths... mmm ...

Been trying to figure this out but no luck yet. Was wondering if it's now possible to create customized names in the piano roll for 1 instance of Battery (so i can name each separate drum to show up like in Impulse).

I saw that you could name key zones in instrument racks but i don't see how you ...

i tried this, but had no luck... still seemed like it was off. with the click track as reference it seemed to work ok, but when i turned off the click and used the drum track (which had fx on it that caused it to be affected by PDC) it didn't line up properly...

and while my playing may not be ...

YES... this is a big problem and should be corrected. I love the fact that Live's PDC allows me to put all my nice UAD compressors on bass & drums but the fact that I then can't play MIDI on top of them with any reliability makes the whole point moot.

did you tick "ableton live" before you opened live? i seem to remember the order of everything being important with revision though it's been a while that i haven't used it...

I've been using the UAD card for the last 6 months or so and I've got to say that it's the best purchase I could've made. Almost all the plugs are unbelievable... all the compressors, the precision limiiter, the pultech eq, the cambridge eq, the plate reverb... I'm using them more than any other set ...
