Thanks for your post. I get what you're saying, but I have a bunch of other midi effects on each channel, like random and arpeggiator, so the scale effect would need to follow them in order to stay in key.

you could freeze yer tracks and convert some of yer stereo tracks to mono....I have been getting these glitches, but the freeze track function in the edit menu has been easing up on the load.

the only problem with the freeze mode it that it puts a blue hue over yer track, so you cant really tell ...

Yeah, the flash site definitely blows. Not a big fan of clicking and dragging on websites. The fansite (emit.cc) is generally more informative anyways.
