Theres already a channel for ableton in EFNet (#ableton) with about 10 people. It's not very active allways but people usually respond during a few hours to questions. It would be better if more people would join there.

Is it possible to use multiple these in same live set and change which track launchpad control?

Preferences -> Audio -> Buffer Size
