Got it working on Windows, mapping my FCB1010 through Bome's Midi Translator, using the midi notes you so kindly identified, and using the Midi Remote Script you wrote (Select Track Control) and gave the code for... I have been wanting to do ...

This sounds like exactly what I want to do, but I'm on Windows and want to try it with Bome's... How can I access the Midi Remote Script, though? I've tried downloading and converting the dmg file from your website, but I can't seem to get at the files in that image...

the solution for me was to disable NORTON AV whenever i boot up live... with norton running, boot time was about 4-5minutes... with norton disabled, my boot time is about 10-15 seconds....

Thank you so much for this thread... I just got LIVE4 a couple of weeks ago and have been living with LIVE4 taking 4-5 minutes to load...

I thought it was a VST because that's what took so long to scan as it was booting, and I have a fair number of VST/VSTi's.

BUT NO ...

When you put a VSTi into a MIDI track, there is that XY controller box that comes up where you can control two MIDI parameters of the VST plugin you are using...

Is that box only for live usage, or can you record the movements you make with the mouse in that box?
