TIme signature changes in rewire slave mode (Logic master )

Hi, While the Live manual suggests that live will not be affected by any time signature changes from the master DAW when used in rewire mode, what is the best - and best workflow - to get the bars lined up? Closing everything and setting up the live time signature changes in standalone and then reop...

In Rewire with Logic 9+ loop not being seen in LIVE 821?

Hi, In Rewire with Logic 9+ are loops not being seen in LIVE 821? and, yes, of course, the arrangement loop button is activated in Live...strangely however, when starting the playback from the LIVE side of things, while logic 9+ is seeing the loop markers, and loops within it, Live seems to continue...

Live 815 and Sno Leopard 10.6.+ compatibility?

Hi, After finding conflicting or at best vague mentions of osx 10.6+ snow leopard compatibility with even the latest version of Live, I would be most grateful for a 100% answer one way or the other... As I rely on Live as a professional, I cannot take unnecessary risks, of course... The latest proto...

Re: LIVE 803 REWIRE INCONSISTENCIES...

Thanks for your reply, and it's a comfort to know that I wasn't imagining it! LIVE 7 may be just the right thing to do when working on jobs, absolutely. A couple of ongoing jobs have been started and are quite advanced on LIVE 8, so I may have to finish them but consolidation or exports may be happe...

LIVE 803 REWIRE INCONSISTENCIES...

WITH LOGIC 722+ OR 8+, when used in rewire mode, a number of bugs appear: 1 record a structure to the arrange page often results in the tracks being transferred as planned but actually being empty. The color and length of the clips appear on the timeline, but they are actually empty. 2 There are som...

Re: 801 crashing when in rewire slave

Some further discovery is that when this happens, there seems to be a multiple rewire slave situation being wrongly perceived by live... The solution temporarily seems to lie in quitting Logic, and rebooting Live in standalone mode to get it to reset its rewire engine...then, quitting and starting o...

801 crashing when in rewire slave

Live 801 is crashing if you have it in rewire slave mode with logic as the master and
you ty to load a live song.
Not everytime of course, but about 50% of the time at this point.

[frs] oh nice crash!

Arrangement display, stretching a midi trach manually to the left, and crash!

A good one...snapped right out of existence...

Best for now...

[awi] discrepancy btn "note editor" and "track display"

simple little apparent bug... Getting a midi continuous 8th notes pedal, and while the notes in the first 3 beats of bar 1 show up perfectly in the midi note editor, they are not audible and, strangely do not appear visually in the "track display" of the clip on the time line of the arrangement view...

Rewire in Logic 8 distorting somewhat...

If comparing to the same Live version (first with Live7.03, hen 7.05...yet to try with 7.07)in rewire mode in Logic 7.2+ and Logic 8+ , with the same setting on both Logic versions of course, there is a definite distortion occurring in L8+... Would there be a way of addressing this or looking into t...
