Rewire in Logic 8 distorting somewhat...

If comparing to the same Live version (first with Live7.03, hen 7.05...yet to try with 7.07)in rewire mode in Logic 7.2+ and Logic 8+ , with the same setting on both Logic versions of course, there is a definite distortion occurring in L8+...

Would there be a way of addressing this or looking into this strange problem?
