Valhalla reverbs are king.

(Although, I have no idea how any of them do in recreating what the Midiverb does).

Re: Can I Create THIS Effect With Any Stock Ableton Plugins?

Maybe a bitcrusher? It sounds like lo-fi ring modulation kinda stuff, so my first idea is bitcrush / sample rate reduction.

I don't think redux can do it, though.

Re: Learn to play ableton push or piano?

To the guys saying that Push will be obsolete in 10 years, while the piano won't: This may be true, but I don't think grid-based instruments will be obsolete, and I don't think your channel-aftertouch keyboard with only z-axis sensitivity will avoid obsolescence, either. So, in the end you'll be inv...

Just make something you think is gonna suck, and try and ignore your critical faculties for a little bit.

Figure even if it's bad, it's still something, and that there's the potential that maybe it'll be good. Just tell your inner critic to shut the fuck up for a while, is all.

Re: 3 native instruments synths vs 3 u-he synths

The best three synths is probably a mix of both companies.
Ace and Massive can probably be dropped from the lineups:

Zebra, Diva, FM8.
Zebra, Diva, Absynth.
Zebra. Fm8. Absynth.

If you eventually got all four of the synths, there'd me no more question.
