Re: Automatic Massive control parameter mapping to push

Re: What audio interface(s) do you performing Live users use?
Hi, with the 4-ins, 6-outs requirement, that's mono, right? so 2 stereo in, 3 stereo out? I've had my MOTU Ultralite (Mk1) for years and it's been rock solid - great build quality & sound quality and have never run out of inputs and outputs. Gigged with it a bit and it's never let me down - I consi...

Re: Brodcasting live with ableton
I recall having a headache trying to run Live into a Shoutcast server a few years ago (was going to do similar things, using Live to do streamed mixing). -- One thing is certain, though: the APC doesn't have any audio inputs, so there's no use plugging a mic into the footswitch inputs on the back. I...

Re: Deleting projects that ive started coz im not feeling them
I tend to not delete my projects, but they do end up sitting there forever. An idea I've had which you might try would be to still render out a fairly sparse version of any track you have even if you're not really feeling it is top class. You can always use it later as a drop in or some kind of fill...

controllers: ended up with MPK61
edit addition: Well I ended up going with the MPK61. The keyboard is interesting, but since I'm used to playing a piano it isn't difficult. I could imagine that compared to a softer weighted synth, though, it might be harder to nuance the very lightest touches. Oh well I'll survive. Regarding the Ax...

Re: Late to the game: Reaktor appreciation
If the black hole of Reaktor itself doesn't absorb you, the black hole of the community library is the secondary source of your destruction. It's enjoyable, though.hit the user libary, their's a mindboggling array of devices made by the reactor community.

Re: MFL $299 USD
I don't think I will immediately grab it. For me, the price is too high being a non-MAX owner. In the past I did some testing and fiddling around with Max/MSP, and although it is impressive I have to confess that my biggest interest in MFL is as a player for other' modules rather than the need to au...
