Perhaps you could use it on the MIDI chain (from input to output) - delay the MIDI notes so they don't get to the instrument until the right chain is selected?

Has anyone else noticed this issue of not being able to play back FLAC files encoded from 24bit (44kHz) WAV files?

I used FLAC 1.2.1b with common settings, even without any settings (using defaults).
