Hello,

I'm having a major problem with Live 3.0.2

Im running a G4 Titanium with 512 Megs of Ram and a 667Mhz processor on the latest version of Panther.

When I try to save a loop I've edited in Live I get this error:

Cannot open file "path.asd"

how do I fix this?

Hey, thanks for the compliment. We are actually from the US. I wish we were from Canada, though. :lol:

Anyhow, If I could afford to pick up a PC just for live, I'd do it. I love live. I just wish Live ran as well on my G4. I love my G4 for video editing. FC3 is amazing!!! And Cubase SX is the bomb ...

Is there going to be a new update for Live? the current version is very slow on my G4 Tibook OS X.

When trying to sync 2 versions of the live 2.0.3 the slave continually loses sync.

Here are the details:

The master clock is comming from a G3 500Mhz white iBook with 512 megs of ram. And using an Oxygen 8 midi contoller to send the signal.

The slave is a G4 Tibook 667 Mhz with 1 Gig of ...

please add VSTi host and MP3 decoder.

When using an external firewire drive and a PCMCIA card the midi stops receiving. When I'm not using that it's fine. Something must be interrupting the signal.

When using the Doepfer Pocket Dial plugged into the Midiman USB Midisport 2x2, with live 1.5 in Windows 2000, after about 5 min. Live stops receiving the MIDI signal. The Midi sport shows that the Pocket dial is sending the Midi data, but Live doesn't receive it. To fix, I have to go to preferences ...

Is anyone using the M-Audio Quattro USB soundcard with their laptop. It seems to not be able to keep up and glitches up the sound. It even crackles when you drag a sound from a folder over to a track. I don't think it should do this. Any way to fix it?

The Live skin files are *.ASK Anyone know what that file type is? Photoshop won't recogize it. What program do I need to create my own skins?
