right dude! fine adjust is missing. with mouse as well as with midi control.
and: there should be a fine-tune knob on every midi channel like in fruityloops.

I would dearly love to see Live take more influence from Kyma or Max . I really hate to see Live become another (if not improved) DAW.
There were/are some really forward thinking ways in Live, for using it to explore new ways of making music and making electronic music "performable".

you are right! but: not only tempo, we should be able to type values to any knobs.

like sonar's v-studio, ableton should come up with hardware dsp acceleration, with a high quality mixer, eq, and dynamics.
with it's awesome freezing tech, live has the potential to have the best sound quality daw ever made without hacking, because it could be possible to use hardware for everything.
