Can anybody help? The MPD-16 works until the next reboot after installing the driver.
Then I get the following message in the system.log: "PlugIn Akai_MPD16_USBMIDIDriver.plugin -- /Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers/ does not contain a supported architecture." Very strange.
Best regards

Free SPL Attacker makes Live 6.0.11 hang :-(
The installation was ok but now it hangs live if I try to use the plug-in. Any ideas? It runs on OSX 10.4.10 on an Intel Power Book.
Thanks in advance

Re: [help request] how to connect two BCF2000 in mackie mode
Hi all, any help will be kindly accepted! I've been reading the Bcf manual but aside from the various modes, it not clear how to cascade connect 2 or more Bcfs in mackie mode... I've got one connected so far, via Usb, in mackie mode. When i start Live, it works flawlessly. Now i'd like to add anoth...

Re: subgroups in live 6 please
You can have Subgroups in Live. Route the concerning channels not to the master. use a In-channel for that instead. This in-channel is the new subgroup.paddypaws wrote:says it all in the subject.. i'd be fucking dangerous if i have subs in live

thanks for the replies. looking at those prices for the modules i decided to build them myself too. doepfer's core for 100 € is a LITTLE over priced. for 16 analog input channels you'd need maybe 2 analog multiplexers, a µC with an ADC, a DIN out connector, circuit board, wires, power. all this goe...

Re: Uad and live 5
When i use the uad card in live 5, most of the time i get crackles, glitches in audio. Had it also in live 4. I had a bit of hope that in the upgrade to 5, the problem would be fixed. Must say that in 5 the glitches are reduced, but its not gone:( Ok. I used to have similiar problems with live 5 an...

Subgroup
Create a new audio-track. It is a good idea to rename it to "Sub 1".
Set Audio from of this track to "no input". Insert the compressor to this track.
For Track 1 and 2 set the "Audio To" to "Sub 1" (the name of your created track).
