I think part of the problem was that I installed Live 5.0 from the CD I got in the box, and then downloaded 5.1 from the website. I thought it was an upgrade but I think I should have uninstalled 5.0 before ...

I have just bought Live 5 and downloaded the upgrade.... I have also bought a brand spankin new laptop with 1 gig of ram and I am getting "a serious program error has occrued..."

Live 5 is the only piece of software on this pc... no mail client, no MS office.. nothing and I am getting this problem ...
