if you will play a chord for example you will overload your output if it will be set to 0db becuase you will multiply your amplitude

For sure it depends on the genre of music
but in my case i think its doubt to make it in less than 10 tracks when even on drums it takes even more...loop cutting, clap layering, percs etc

I'm guessing you are using multiple channels for the same part with layered sounds/fx, I find it's easier to manage with racks in Live (acting as parallel channels within one channel) For your situtation I think it's more of a workflow thing and you like to have lots of channels because it's nice t...
