I still don't understand the upgrade path.

I own Live 8 and m4l. What do i have to buy to still have Live 9 AND m4l ? I hope it's not what i think that they push (ah ha) us to go Suite to have your m4l back ?? It would be soooooo lame.

Is there a way to import my preferences from 8.2.2 ? Should i just copy the F:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live 8.2.2\Preferences.cfg file from my previous computer ?

I'm having troubles installing Live 8.3 on Win7 x64. I haven't run Live since 8.2.2, but i never had any problems on Win7 x86 before...

When i install the latest Live, it always install itself oddly in C:\ProgramData, which is a thing i do not want, and last but not least, doesn't pu any ...

Bon tout ça m'a l'air très très bien, mais si on peut pas jouer avec...

@ratherTheory : you should not overwrite the default file, but put your own one into a folder in the User Remote Scripts one.

Same here since the first day. Around 2 minutes with Live 8.1.3 / Max 5.1 on Windows 7 / i7 / 4G Ram

I know it's Max fault (i do Max since longer than Live and it was always a pity to wait for it to launch)

On a PC, the internal MIDI out port is also a GM synth (f.e, on my computer : Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth). I assume on a MAC too.

Don't name anything like plain vanilla objects : it gets for jpeg, txt files, js, java etc...

Clip settings : Hi-Q / Warp (Re-Pitch; faking Live to play the sample untouched by adapting the tempo manually)

There's an enveloppe at the beginning to fade in, then loop points from middle to the end ...
