Hi! I am getting crazy trying to have midi note feedback. Here is what I simply want to do: I trigger clips by MIDI notes and I want that the clips output the same MIDI notes while playing. I know this is possible. I am on Live 5.0, and I've put program files\ableton\live5.0\preferences\options.txt....

hey,ahlstrominfo, what version of live do you use? I guess MIDI clip feedback works on your version. And if it is Live 5, can you tell me how to put midifeedback in an "options.txt" file?

I am not an expert, but afaik, you can make vst with pluggo which can be used with pluggo runtime.

just one question:do you use cracked versions?....

livecut only outputs audio. I am not sure you really understood wht MIDI is, right?

Just try... you ve got 2 solutions:
-assign the play button for one clip
-assign the play button for one track (on the back of all the clips), it will trigger the clip in the current scene.

I will try. I thaught notes used to remote were disabled in midi clips...

(fatrabbit): I know that, but I don't use arrangement on stage.

Assign your midi controller to the play button,at first press it will record,and then it will directly play.

I want to do on/off on some plugins in dummy clips... Any trick??

If you are on windows, and if you essentially play live, try the mobius looper. It is free and marvelous.

and is it easy to unlock operator---- with the same serial number as in L5?

how do you do for installing it without removing L5, and alowing to use sets and presets done in L5?
