Is the on/off parameter of an effect automatable?

I want to do on/off on some plugins in dummy clips... Any trick??

if you are in live 6 just drop the plugin into a rack and link the on/off to a macro, then automate the macro
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.

You can do it, but only in the arrange page.

you can send note on/off messages to the on/off parameter of the required plug in via dummy midi clips in session view.

I will try. I thaught notes used to remote were disabled in midi clips...

(fatrabbit): I know that, but I don't use arrangement on stage.
