Don't really know why... What is your Mpd32 firmware version? The latest is 1.03 and warmly adviced :wink: Is it connected through usb or midi? And at last, have you tried to manually configure the buttons for changing the midi CC's used within the mpd32? You can try the live lite preset within the ...

i do really understand what you are saying, but that all seems too complicated for me plus the mystery amount of extra cash and time spent trying to understand all the max stuff, i like the clip matrix but i think the rest is not for me. Maybe it's related with your audio card.

I sometimes got crackles... I'm pretty sure it's due to my E-MU 0404 usb2.0.

I've set the audio buffer in and out... Now I got less crackles /or no crackles at all

I don't wanna be a bad tongue here but as I seen these days. If you wanna fully configure the APC40 in the way suits you the best... You'll have to wait for Max4Live! With it, we will be able to change the behavior of the APC40. Man it seems that's good to make some money for abes akai and cycling74...

I would like to say everytime is different.
