Re: Ultra Analog @ audiomidi.com for $15
I literally justrang them to change the email address my serials were going to: they're pretty helpful (although the guy seemed to struggle a little with my rather messed up manc accent
)
Some stuff, and some other stuff. Honest.

If you're a yank. I'm backpacking in Europe atm and dialling us 1800 numbers let alone during business hours is not easy. Borrowing wifi every few days is much easier, so you can understand why I'd prefer an email.zalo wrote:its a 3 minute phone calltimothyallan wrote:Still no serial after 5 days! SIGH
edit: Just arrived via email.
Re: Ultra Analog @ audiomidi.com for $15
You shouldn't have to call them. It's pretty annoying to received the "Shipped!" email but then wait 5 more days for the SN to arrive.zalo wrote:its a 3 minute phone calltimothyallan wrote:Still no serial after 5 days! I've emailed sales and watched my spam folder religiously... SIGH.
I've received synth hardware from AM in less time!
Re: Ultra Analog @ audiomidi.com for $15
If your serial number is taking more than 4 days to arrive:
The email states that it can take up to 4 days. This is due to the need to verify the validity of the credit card and accounts for the possibility of weekend purchases or purchases during holidays. Also, please check your junk mail folder as there have been reports that the serial numbers ended up there.
If you do not receive your authorization code within 4 days, please contact AudioMIDI:
1+(818) 993-0772
Toll Free in the US: 1-866-283-4601
[email protected]
Office hours are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 8am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time.
Make sure you have your invoice number handy.
Please note: You can still install and use the Ultra Analog for up to 15 days in fully operational mode before you need to authorize it. Please contact AUDIOMIDI only if you have not received your serial number within 4 days.
Hope this helps!
Best,
M

Re: Ultra Analog @ audiomidi.com for $15
when they say "within 4 days", they mean "4 working days", so I guess the week-end does not count.
I received my serial yesterday evening (purchased on last thursday). everything's fine. I haven't try the synth yet, besides
what a useful purchase!!! lol
cheers

Would have loved to hear a swirling female vocal "oooh-ahhhh" over the top to give it climax but that's just me being picky. Carry on.

Cool, thx for listening!

I liked it, too. Good job!

Thanks for commenting, I totally agree, it's really hard making purely instrumental music. It was just an exercise in programming the UA, i wanted to see how far i could get with it, unfortunately it can't seem to do lush female oohs and aaahs.MIDIhead wrote:Hey there, I like it.nebulae wrote:Martyn and I just released a track with all parts done on Ultra Analog:

Yea, I hear you...and finding a good voice is probably one of the most difficult tasks of all. What you did was cool...nice to listen to while pushing pixels here at the office. Thanks for showcasing this synth and letting us all have the opportunity to hear it.Martyn wrote:MIDIhead wrote:Hey there, I like it.nebulae wrote:Martyn and I just released a track with all parts done on Ultra Analog:
