You can download the Monolake AMS Creator from the following link: http://covops.dreamhosters.com/uploads/ ... or_091.zip

thanks for the link... got it.
not working for me with latest max5.08
getting error
newobj partial: no such object
when I do a show object it pulls up [osc], showing a configuration of partials.
I'm running on windows (new user, me) just learning how things are put together. not sure where
osc is (missing from zip?) or (missing from installation?)
(specific to mac os?)
I'll keep poking around

[edit]
looking at the text file for mams, it seems that osc and partial are internal to the patch
Re: Meta Files: Uncovering the .ams format
further on my education
wondering if there is a library I should add?
hmmm. looking at object database http://www.maxobjects.com/
some things with partial as component, searching for partial,
some things, searching for osc, that seem like "old_osc" . wonder if the name changed, since mams was written?
lots of osc as opensound control. (but then osc is internal to patch?)
----
time to sleep on it

Re: Meta Files: Uncovering the .ams format
There may have been some extra files needed. I uploaded a new package: http://covops.dreamhosters.com/uploads/ ... or_091.ziprawore wrote:hoffman2k wrote:You can download the Monolake AMS Creator from the following link: http://covops.dreamhosters.com/uploads/ ... or_091.zip
